Reservation and payment
Your place is reserved only after the published deposit is confirmed. The trip total, amount paid and remaining balance stay visible in My Trip. We never calculate a payment amount in the browser.
Changes and cancellation
If you ask to change a traveller, room or departure, we confirm availability and any cost before making the change. Cancellation terms supplied with your booking govern refundable amounts; travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Operator changes
Weather, ferry operation and local access can change the order of a day. We preserve the published overnight bases and included experiences wherever reasonably possible and communicate any material change promptly.
